15 Lessons at 25 — It’s okay to be tired #Lesson 2

I don’t know what I’m about to write because I am currently tired and struggling to write. But, I promised 15 lessons, right? And 15 lessons you shall get.

As an undergrad, I suffered burnout every two market days. I was always exhausted. There was little or no time to recharge. I learnt shortly after I graduated that it was irresponsible to live that way. You don't have to always suffer a burn out, rest!

I had a lot of tired days in the last one year. For someone who is so hyperactive? Those days were bad days. Imagine being tired and getting angry at your tiredness, it's funny.

However, I have learnt that it's okay to be tired and certainly okay to rest too. So, yeah, I'll be resting a lot in the coming year. I'll take my health seriously and eat right.

Well, well, well, consider this the musings of a tired person just that this time, the tiredness transcends the physical. I am tired! But I'll be back tomorrow, I guess.
